Job Description Aramark SeniorLIFE+ is seeking a General Manager II to oversee multi-site operations across a portfolio of senior living communities located primarily in the Asheville/Charlotte, North Carolina. This leadership role provides operational oversight for 10–12 communities supporting both culinary and environmental services (EVS) operations within Continuing Care Retirement Communities (CCRCs) and senior living environments. The Regional Director of Operations is responsible for delivering strong operational performance while building trusted relationships with client partners and community leadership.This role works closely with stakeholders to ensure consistent service excellence while maintaining operational stability and accountability across the region. This position reports directly to the Market Vice President of Operations and provides leadership toapproximately 20–25 managers and operational leaders across the district.
