In this role, you’ll guide Pharma industry clients through the venue and meeting sourcing process, communicating with internal and external partners, and owning the logistics of your project from end-to-end. What You’ll Do: Lead Pharma client calls to review and understand their meeting needs and ensure programs exceed requirements Negotiate pricing and other package details with suppliers to support the client while meeting their savings and spend expectations Conduct RFPs with hotels and suppliers to secure room blocks and other logistical needs May participate in re-negotiations or cancellation negotiations as needed Maintain accurate records and files, collaborate with accounting to supervise billing, expenses, and savings negotiations Evaluate and supervise program imp...
