Job description

Description Basic Function: Responsible for proper and safe production of cores, copes & drags using patterns and procedures to perform the required tasks. Core/Molders have to do a lot of twisting, using of mallets, picking things up, and pushing. This is a physical job that requires a person to be on their feet all day. he core/mold maker will utilize work instructions, follow procedures to install chills, locators, vents, risers, pack with sand, season and turn out product. Core/Mold makers shall ensure all procedures are being followed and signed, also that area is clean and free of obstructions.
