The Job: As a Technical Service Technician, you’ll be part of our Lenox team working as a Remote employee. You’ll get to: - Solve end-user problems through troubleshooting minor repairs, alignment, and calibration of equipment, as well as product performance and trial tests to achieve optimum product performance. - Coordinate with Territory Account Manager(s) to manage your territory, develop target opportunities, and handle service/maintenance requests for existing customers. - Utilize SFDC to collect and maintain data about products, machines, materials, end users, and distribution for both Lenox and competitive accounts. - Stay updated on industry trends by attending trade shows and semina...
