The Turndown Attendant plays an essential role in creating a serene and welcoming environment for our overnight guests by providing thoughtful turndown service and ensuring rooms are impeccably prepared for rest and relaxation. Responsibilities: Clean and refresh guest rooms, preparing each space for evening use. Restock bathroom and in-room amenities according to standards. Fold and neatly place any clothing items left in the room. Apply proper cleaning chemicals and techniques in compliance with OSHA regulations and property standards. Deliver turndown service by priority order. Replace used linens and terry with clean sets in accordance with property standards. Remove room service trays, dishes, and carts to designated service landings. Close drapes, adjust lighting, play soft music, and prepare the bed with evening turndown amenities. Transport and secure cart with cleaning supplies, linens, and amenities to assigned guest rooms. Empty trash and recycling receptacles.
