Summary The Assistant/Associate Professor of Social Work will be a scholar-practitioner responsible for providing high-quality instruction, mentorship, and curriculum development within the BSW, MSW and DSW programs. The successful candidate must hold an MSW from a CSWE-accredited program and a DSW or PhD in Social Work, supported by at least 3–5 years of post-doctoral teaching experience and a minimum of 5 years of post-MSW direct practice experience. This role requires a commitment to advancing the program’s trauma-informed, justice-centered mission through applied scholarship, university service, and the preparation of future social work practitioners and leaders. This is a 9-month position: Essential Functions: Responsible for pedagogical excellence & curriculum development: Deliver high-quality instruction in BSW, MSW, and DSW Programs utilizing rauma-infomed and neuroresponsive frameworks.
