Xanitos is hiring a Hybrid Recruiting Specialist at Memorial Hermann - TMC in Houston, TX. The Recruiting Specialist is responsible for delivering all facets of HR and recruiting support to assigned account(s) within the region while supporting Corporate HR initiatives as needed. This role manages the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires, and requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and other team members. The recruiter will work closely with the operations team, corporate recruiting team, and HR to ensure successful hiring and retention of talent for Xanitos.
