Business Office Manager Position Summary: The Business Office Man a ger is r esponsible for ensuring the integrity, accuracy, confidentiality, and maintenance of student financial records in compliance with all applicable state, accrediting, and federal regulations. They should be able to respond to all inquiries expected during an audit or accreditation visit . The BOM is also responsible for all on-site payroll and human resources functions. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Is responsible for all human resources and payroll functions. - Maintains accounts payable to ensure that vendors are paid in a timely fashion . - Assists with annual reports to regulatory agencies. Maintain and secure institutional procedural manuals and other documentation required by state, accrediting, and federal agencies - Provide s computerized reports to the school director and to corporate management on a regular basis regarding accounts receivable/accounts payable, cash flow, and collections. - Inform students monthly of their account balances by oral and written means, and collect and record all payments . - Handles payment vouchers from agencies that cover student payments, as well as atten...
