Technical Support Associate - Testing

Job description

Responsible for the administration of all community-based and professional certification test proctoring at both the Harper College main campus Testing Center as well as at the Learning and Career Center in Prospect Heights. Maintains the scheduling of these exams at both test sites. Acts as the technical liaison between the various test vendors and the Harper College IT Department and supports vendor agreements as needed. Also responsible for seeking opportunities to administer other exams not currently offered in order to grow the community proctoring program. Would also assist in the process of formalizing those testing agreements. Supports all community proctoring and licensure computer testing administered at both the Testing Center and Learning and Career Center. Administers and proctors computer-based tests including Pearson VUE, Prometric, Certiport, MSSC, Autodesk, PAN, Castle, ACT or other certification assessments, as well as Community Testing for a variety of institutions and purposes.
