Overview The Clinical unit manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and clinical activities within DHART. Area of oversight includes coordinating and supervising clinical team members, ensuring high-quality patient care, and managing unit regulatory standards. Responsibilities: - Evaluates and manages performance of staff members. - Provides leadership, consultation and collaboration with the director and other members of the health care team to design, evaluate and improve patient care systems and processes. - Assumes accountability for quality and regulatory directives. - Develops, implements, and evaluates unit and organizational policies, procedures, and goals. Provides input regarding operational and capital budgets for the unit.’ - Manages the department schedule. Plans staffing and adjustments on a daily basis.
