Job Requisition: Plumbing Estimator – Construction Location: Palm City, FL: Compensation: $80,000 – $90,000 annually, plus competitive benefits Plumbing Estimator Position Overview: We are seeking a Plumbing Estimator with a strong background in plumbing and construction to join a growing team in Palm City. This role is ideal for a seasoned or retired plumber who has hands-on field experience and a deep knowledge of plumbing codes, but is ready to bring that expertise into the office to support estimating and project planning. The Estimator will be responsible for analyzing plans, specifications, and proposals to prepare accurate plumbing estimates for commercial and residential construction projects. Plumbing Estimator Key Responsibilities: Review project plans, blueprints, and specifications to determine scope of work and required materials Develop detailed cost estimates, bids, and proposals for plumbing projects Analyze labor, materials, and equipment costs to prepare competitive estimates Work closely with project managers, engineers, and field staff to clarify project requirements Ensure all estimates comply with local, state, and national plumbing codes Maintain strong vendo...
