Job Description: The Role The Director, Talent Assessment leads the design, implementation, and ongoing management of the enterprise assessment strategy, with a focus on evaluating leadership capabilities, identifying development needs, and enabling data-driven talent decisions. This role brings deep expertise in assessment design and validation and manages a portfolio of assessment tools, including the Manager Survey and FLP360 feedback instruments. This leader ensures assessments are well-designed, scientifically sound, and easy for the business to use. Over time, the role expands the assessment toolkit by identifying and implementing additional solutions, either externally sourced or internally developed, and overseeing their ongoing maintenance and effectiveness. The role partners closely with HR partners, technology and analytics teams to shape roadmaps, establish meaningful measures of progress, and translate insights into aligned action and continuous improvement.
