Description Overview: The Commercial Loan Service Specialist 3 will be a member of the Collateral Booking/QR team within the Commercial Loan Services group. The Commercial Loan Services team is responsible for boarding and reviewing collateral and monitoring collateral on our AFSVision loan applications after the loan has closed. The primary function of this role will be in support of the collateral supporting the Huntington National Bank Commercial portfolio. The position will include booking the collateral to the system, lien perfection, ongoing collateral monitoring, and quality review. Some primary responsibilities of this role are: - Analyze collateral documentation and ensure alignment with the credit approval system. - Maintenance in our AFSVision system including adding and updating collateral records following bank standards and procedures. - Partnership with business segments regarding missing or insufficient documentation. - Perfect lien position through filing or recording of documents (UCC, mortgage, titles, etc) - Monitor report results for any data discrepancies. - Manage incoming workflow of loan documentation to ensure Service Level Agreements (SLA's) are met or ex...
