Position Overview SITEC Consulting is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Management / Financial Analyst to support Government Program Managers (GPMs) within a fast-paced DoD/IC environment. This role provides critical programmatic, financial, and acquisition support to ensure execution within cost, schedule, and performance baselines while assisting leadership with decision-making through reporting, analysis, and strategic planning. The ideal candidate will possess strong programmatics experience, financial tracking skills, and the ability to translate complex program documentation into actionable insights, dashboards, and executive-level briefings. Key Responsibilities: Program & Financial Management Support: Provide financial and summary reports on program elements to Government Program Managers (GPMs). Assist with allocation and tracking of resources, including staffing, facilities, and budgets. Recommend funding adjustments based on execution and forecasting analysis.
