We are currently searching for an On-Site Compliance Specialist to work at Windsong Apartments located in Tulsa, OK. Pay rate: $27 - $28 an hour Description: The Compliance Specialist On-Site is responsible for monitoring the property affordable housing programs. One of the primary duties of this position will be reviewing resident certification and recertification files.
