Job description

As an Individual Contributor, this role supports bank-wide strategic planning by conducting data analysis, research and developing insights that inform decision-making. This position contributes to the evaluation of opportunities, performance trends, and analytic solutions that advance strategic goals. Working with guidance, this role supports strategic initiatives while promoting collaboration and knowledge sharing across the organization. As a Bank of Hawaii employee, you ensure (or assist with ensuring) compliance with applicable laws, regulations, regulatory requirements and Bank policies and procedures, including but not limited to those related to Fair Banking, Anti-Money Laundering laws and regulations, Bank Secrecy Act and USA PATRIOT Act.
