ABOUT THE ROLE: We are seeking a Project Manager to join our team supporting the Naval Nuclear Laboratory (NNL) at their Knolls Atomic Power Laboratory! This position is full-time and will be based out of Niskayuna, NY with 20% hybrid flexibility. Responsibilities: Lead teams delivering complex capital and infrastructure projects across a large, operational campus environment. Provide support to existing projects as an Assistant PM or take on delivery of other projects in portfolio based on skill/ability level. Adapt project strategies to evolving budgets and government funding cycles. Guide projects through internal governance and government approval processes, including development of decision packages and submittals. Define project scope, develop execution strategies, and establish cost, schedule, procurement, and resource plans. Lead teams through challenging project conditions and seeing work through from planning to execution. Oversee general contractor and subcontractor execution in a highly regulated environment.
