La Clinica de Familia (LCDF) is an FQHC with several locations in Southern New Mexico. For over 40 years, La Clinica has provided services to the residents of Southern New Mexico. This position will be at Mayfield High School. Exempt: Up to $67,331.63: Job Summary: Performs assessment, diagnostic evaluation, crisis intervention, case management, and therapeutic services for individuals, families, and groups; coordinates with and provides education to support system and community agencies in relation to patient care, ; assists in staff orientation and training; assists in team supervision and provides feedback to assist in planning, development, and implementation of services for their program.
