SUMMARY: Cleans resident apartments, public bathrooms, offices, halls, trash rooms, stairways, elevators and other areas by performing the following duties. PRIMARY FUNCTIONS: condition. furniture in need of repair. cleans and washes washroom fixtures; cleans mirrors and inside windows. kitchens, bathrooms and balcony in a clean, safe and orderly condition. assigned. - Disinfects equipment and supplies and keeps utility and storage rooms in clean and orderly - Maintains cleaning equipment in proper working condition and reports on equipment and/or - Cleans unoccupied apartments thoroughly; performs duties such as mopping floors, vacuuming; - Cleans occupied residents rooms including vacuuming and mopping and maintaining resident - Cleans other areas such as offices, workrooms, lobbies, classrooms, laundry room and restrooms if - Dusts resident furniture, woodwork, door panels, and sills. - Cleans rugs and carpets.
