Director of Delivery Remote (US): At Nimble Gravity, great delivery is what turns client engagements into long-term partnerships. We're looking for a Director of Delivery who drives real business value for clients across a portfolio of complex data and AI engagements, while developing the next generation of delivery talent alongside them. This role sits at the intersection of senior delivery leadership, technical partnership, and account stewardship. You lead with empathy and business acumen, earning client trust through the quality of the work and the depth of the relationship. You'll own health and quality across a defined portfolio of accounts, act as the escalation point when delivery dynamics require senior judgment, and partner closely with sales and technical leadership to shape what comes next for each client. This is a player/coach role. On anchor engagements, you'll be hands on, bringing senior delivery presence directly to the work.
