Position: Cocktail Server Reports to: Food and Beverage Manager / Executive Chef, Bar Manager Basic Job Functions: As a Cocktail Server, your core responsibility will be to execute excellent guest service in our cocktail lounge space in accordance with the food and beverage standards. You are tasked with the knowledge of all things food and beverage as part of the team. This position has many opportunities for growth within the F&B team. An ideal Cocktail Server will be able to maintain poise and guest focus during periods of high volume, have excellent interpersonal skills and participate in the execution of award winning bar service. Task and Responsibilities: - Provide our guests with the best, freshest and most timely food service in the Bar. Ensure that all food is presentable, and hot (if it should be hot), cold (if it should be cold) - Adhere to all governmental, DHEC, and F&B standards for sanitation, preparation, and cleanliness - Assist the Bar team, under the F&B Leadership, in all prep items, food and beverage execution - Attention to detail is key while providing excellent, attentive service - Excel in maintaining a clean and organized back bar space and lobby lounge -...
