Role Responsibilities: What success looks like in this role - Provides information to injured workers, vendors, employers and internal staff on health care services and related issues. - Arranges travel and accommodations for injured workers and companion/attendant where appropriate. - Issues purchase orders, processes payments and identifies and advises CSA or Finance Department of overpayments, accurately and efficiently for health care services or products approved by the Health Care Benefit Assistant or claim owner. - Values excellence in client service and provides empathetic, respectful and timely service - Exhibits strong interpersonal skills, and displays professionalism in your everyday work -...
