Overview NPG of California, LLC (News Channel 3, 12 + 11) is seeking a highly organized, detail‑oriented Accounting Clerical to support business office functions. This full-time onsite role ensures smooth financial administration and reliable employee support within our television/radio broadcast operations. This is not an on‑air or production role. Key Responsibilities: - Manage accounts receivable and payable - Reconcile financial records and assist with monthly reporting - Prepare spreadsheets and maintain reports (Excel required) - Maintain confidential employee records - Coordinate onboarding and offboarding - Assist with payroll and benefits administration - Support compliance with policies and regulations Preferred Qualifications: - Education or background in finance, accounting, or business management - Experience in television or radio industries (not required) - Familiarity with accounting software and HRIS systems (not required) - Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred Compensation & Benefits: Salary Range: $50,000 – $55,000 annually (based on experience) Benefits include: PTO, holidays, sick time, medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, life insurance, wellness pr...
