In alignment with strategic direction established by the Senior Director, this role ensures high-quality, safe, and mission-aligned programming across camp properties and formats. The Manager serves as the council’s lead for American Camp Association (ACA) accreditation at the accredited property and coordinates compliance, risk management, and operational readiness. Working cross-functionally, this position supports sustainable growth, strong enrollment performance, and consistent volunteer and staff engagement across multiple camp formats.
