Project Coordinator

Job description

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: - Support the end-to-end coordination of logistics projects, from initial planning through to execution and completion - Assist in defining project scope, timelines, resource requirements, and cost parameters - Coordinate shipments including standard, out-of-gauge (OOG), and oversized cargo where required - Monitor project milestones and ensure adherence to agreed timelines and service levels - Liaise with internal departments (operations, customs, finance) and external stakeholders (clients, carriers, vendors) - Ensure accurate and timely documentation in line with customs, regulatory, and company requirements - Track and report on project performance, highlighting risks, delays, or deviations - Support cost control by monitoring budgets and identifying efficiencies where possible - Escalate issues or deviations to management in a timely and structured manner - Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and the sharing of best practices across the organization - Maintain high levels of customer service through proactive communication and responsiveness - Support compliance with company policies, ISO standards, and local regulatory requirements - Perf...
