Description The Floater Teacher (Substitute Teacher) plays a crucial role in maintaining the continuity and quality of the educational experience for children in the absence of the regular classroom teacher. This position requires flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to manage different classroom environments effectively. The Floater Teacher will work with children ranging from infants to preschoolers, providing instruction, care, and support as needed across multiple classrooms within the center. Requirements: Classroom Coverage: - Step into classrooms as needed to cover for absent teachers, ensuring that the learning environment remains structured and engaging. - Implement lesson plans provided by the regular teacher or create age-appropriate activities that align with the center’s curriculum. - Provide care and active supervision for children, maintaining a safe and nurturing environment. - Flexible to cover where needed, this includes but not limited to Teacher Lunch and Bathroom breaks.
