Duties and Responsibilities can include the following: Functions may vary dependent on the area of operation. - Perform daily equipment inspections and necessary maintenance repairs. - Reads and interprets equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service. - Maintain organization and inventory of Maintenance Shop. - Perform building maintenance and maintain outside grounds with routine inspections of lighting, filters, vents, etc. - Prepares building for season changes. - Maintains proper appearance of building by cleaning, painting, and repairing. - Responsible for any routine maintenance or operational task assigned. - General housekeeping o...
