What's the role? The Employee & Labor Relations Manager is part of our People Enablement team and will work closely with our People team, Country leadership and Employment Legal Counsel to nurture our trusted relationship with the Works Councils and Employee Representatives in Europe (e.g. France, Finland, Germany) and employee representation globally. The role has a primary focus on the Work Council in Germany and serves as a key point of contact and advisor to the business and People teams for all works council and consultation related topics. In addition, there is an opportunity to play a key role in the leadership team of the People Enablement team to deliver consistent, efficient, and innovative ways to support our employees globally.
