Job description

Role Overview We are seeking a Principal Product Designer to lead design strategy and execution across complex products. The role requires end-to-end ownership of UX/UI, from user research and journey mapping to prototyping, AI-powered interface design, and lifecycle optimization. You will work closely with product, engineering, and data teams to ensure scalable, high-quality user experiences that drive engagement and business growth. Key Responsibilities: Lead UX/UI design strategy across multiple product lines with measurable impact on adoption, retention, and expansion. Design and implement AI-driven user interfaces, including predictive and automated workflows. Own end-to-end product design lifecycle: user research, journey mapping, wireframes, prototypes, usability testing, and final delivery. Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency and scalability across products. Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and data teams to align design with technical feasibility and business goals.
