Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience. - 15 years of experience in the sales/business development function. - 10 years of experience selling IT solutions to Federal Civilian agencies within the US government. - 10 years of experience in go-to-market and leading a team to meet business growth targets. Preferred qualifications: - Experience managing a hyper growth business. - Customer engagement experience across the federal civilian sector complete with a track record of building businesses/products and revenue consistently. - Technical depth and experience in cloud computing. - Ability to establish and maintain the unique business infrastructure and compliant processes needed for this particular customer set.
