Description Licensed Landscape Architect - Urban Design, Site Design, Project Management Lead Buffalo-area landscape architecture projects across redevelopment, waterfront, civic, and mixed-use environments from concept through construction. Oversee client coordination, permitting, budgets, construction administration, and multidisciplinary delivery for projects that shape Western New York communities. What You’ll Do: - Lead small to mid-size landscape architecture projects from design through production and construction coordination. - Formulate original design concepts, guide designers through execution, and balance design intent with budget and schedule realities. - Coordinate project teams; manage fee, budget, and production scheduling responsibilities. - Conduct client, architectural/A/E, public forum, municipal, and agency meetings as appropriate. - Prepare materials for planning approvals and permits; participate in construction administration, site/client meetings, and Fisher marketing or business development efforts.
