About Anderson Injury Lawyers We are a Plaintiff's Personal Injury Law Firm seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our team. As a Litigation Paralegal, you will work closely with our attorneys and other litigation support staff to manage and provide support on a broad range of personal injury cases from initial lawsuit through settlement and/or trial. Responsibilities: - Draft and prepare legal documents including petitions, pleadings, motions, discovery responses and production, affidavits, subpoenas, and pre-trial and trial documents - E-file all court documents in state and federal court - Communicate with clients, court clerks, court coordinators, opposing counsel and support staff, court reporters, medical providers, and expert witnesses - Coordinate depositions and mediation - Prepare trial binders and exhibits - Perform administrative duties, which include calendaring all case deadlines, hearings, and trials; obtaining medical bills and records by affidavit and/or DWQ; scheduling depositions, mediations, and client meetings; as well as organizing and maintaining digital case files - Conduct factual investigations including gathering and organizing relevant infor...
