Job Description Summary: The Director, At Home (AH) is the enterprise leader responsible for accelerating and transforming the At Home business across the Romania market through a unified, insight driven , and execution focused system agenda. The role owns the end to end At Home strategy and partners with the bottler and cross functional teams to deliver 360 Integrated Activation (360IA) across AH channels and key customers. A core mandate of this role is leading commercial execution excellence and advancing system capabilities toward predictive, insight led , and value driven models that improve availability, basket incidence, and cooler performance. The Director is fully accountable for AH channel system performance—jointly defining and monitoring KBIs and driving mitigation and acceleration actions to deliver business plan (BP) volume, revenue, and share targets. The role integrates data, analytics, and AI across planning, forecasting, promotion, and in store activation—enabling a modern, scalable, and future ready operating model that unlocks sustainable growth across all AH channels.
