Position Summary: The Data Center Technician II (DC Tech) is accountable for implementing Data Center standards, documenting all installs, maintaining best practices, performing system monitoring and analytics, and providing top tier (level 4) operational support. This key technical position is responsible for the racking and cabling for all data center infrastructure equipment. This includes servers, storage, databases & network. The DC Tech will also be responsible for troubleshooting any cabling or equipment issues.
