Farnborough (95987), United Kingdom, Farnborough, Lead DCI Operations Specialist About this role: We are looking for an enquiring, passionate, and collaborative individual that can help shape the team’s knowledge of Capital One systems and processes, by championing the coaching and mentoring of the team, to avoid single point of failure. You will be responsible for expanding operational knowledge and understanding, within the International Settlement Support team, of Core Applications, including, Authorisations, Settlement, Pricing and Fees. What You’ll Do: Interact and collaborate with multiple stakeholders, to create documentation, including system flow, aligned with team processes. Leverage the team’s existing knowledge with new insights and learnings, ensuring process documentation updated. Provide continuous support in all systematic/operational aspects and assist with issue resolution. Manage dependencies with other department functions while identifying and managing a strategic partnership across multiple teams. Become International Settlement Support SME for Core applications.
