The Team The Box team owns one of Instabee's most tangible products: our locker network. We build and maintain the full software ecosystem that powers 6,000+ lockers from cloud backend services to the software running on the physical hardware itself. It's a space where reliability, scalability, and real-world constraints collide daily, and where the gap between a code change and a real-world outcome is remarkably short. We operate as an autonomous, cross-functional team with full ownership of our product lifecycle from design and development through to deployment and iteration.
