Summary: To assist and promote through positive customer service the donations of clothing and household items to Goodwill Keystone Area for resale in its store locations. Duties and Responsibilities: Greets donors in a pleasant and professional manner. Promotes and represents Goodwill Keystone Area in a positive manner. Assists donors with donations; assists donors with unloading of donations from vehicle; issues donation receipts; politely refuses items on the “thanks, but no thanks” list; provides donation information and general Goodwill Keystone Area information to donors.
