WSP is currently initiating a search for a Certified Bridge Inspector – Team Leader ! This role will work out of Tampa, FL About the Role: WSP is seeking a highly skilled and detail‑oriented Certified Bridge Inspector – Team Leader to join our growing Transportation Structures group. In this role, you will lead field inspection teams, ensure the structural integrity and safety of bridges and transportation structures, and deliver high‑quality technical documentation that supports our clients’ infrastructure programs. You’ll be a key contributor to WSP’s mission of designing and maintaining resilient, sustainable, and safe transportation networks across the United States. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and perform bridge and structure inspections in accordance with NBIS (National Bridge Inspection Standards), state DOT requirements, and WSP quality standards. - Plan, coordinate, and oversee field inspection activities , including scheduling, safety planning, equipment preparation, and team task assignments. - Conduct hands‑on, rope‑access, or specialized access inspections as required, including fracture‑critical and complex structure evaluations. - Document inspection findings throug...
