Job Description: The Corporate Services team is dedicated to customer service and hospitality by providing all employees and clients with exceptional overall experience from the moment they enter a Dimensional building. This position will provide support to the Corporate Services department through the day-to-day operation and management of the building, meeting and visitor management, and global collaboration. The Senior Associate is responsible for ensuring the correct assistance to the business services duties such as FOH supervision and assisting the Business Services Manager on the running of the office. The Senior Associate role is particularly focused on administration tasks and duties including travel bookings, record keeping, policies and cost checks, floor layout, onboarding/offboarding and overall assistance to the Business Services Manager in all aspects of the corporate services offering.
