Admission Operations Specialist

Job description

Position Summary: The Admission Operations Specialist reports to the Senior Admission Operations Specialist and has specific responsibility for the student admission process and records (including international student admission), coordination and maintenance of application processing, admissions support services to other programs and areas, and dissemination of information about the university. Qualifications: - Works with the Senior Admission Operations Specialist to accomplish the tasks and goals of the Admission Office; - Represent the University to prospective students and the public with the highest degree of professionalism through an array of outreach programs and activities; - Work with Admission Counselors, Mailroom, Registrar's Office and Business Office to receive, process, and record data; - Maintains all undergraduate admission files in an accurate, timely and appropriate manner; - Assists with implementing, maintaining, and using the electronic student admission and records systems to identify and recruit students, to track and communicate with students during the application process, and to assist applicants in the admission and registration process; - Works coopera...
