Position Summary Under the direct supervision of the F&B Supervisor, this position is responsible to maintain and record daily sales on point-of-sale unit. Maintains a professional attitude and appearance to the customers. Provide attentive, cheerful, courteous and professional service to all customers, internal and external, striving to always exceed their expectations. Ensures adherence to the Company's policies and procedures, motivates and leads by example and supports Great Canadian's learning environment while establishing a safe and welcoming work environment for all team members. Key Accountabilities: Welcome and greet guests. Make all our guests feel comfortable and let them know who will personally take care of them. Answer general questions about our food, beverages and other restaurant functions and services on the premise. Enters guests’ bills into the POS Counts out change and gives to the guests Explains pricing to guests as requested for clarification Maintains the cleanliness of the cashier stand and area Maintains own cash float and counts cash float at end of shift Performs opening and closing duties as required Always be available to attend cash along with the a...
