Employment Type: Salaried Work Arrangement: Hybrid | Relocation package availabile to eligible candidates Position Summary: The Senior Business Systems Analyst (Sr BSA) at Ventura Foods will lead efforts to bridge business needs with technological solutions, providing advanced support and guidance to both business partners and development teams. This senior-level position involves technology discovery, in-depth process analysis, leading business requirements definition to successful completion strategic involvement in corporate initiatives, and functional oversight of complex projects. You will be a member of the Business Engagement Team and the project liaison between partner subject matter experts and the Information Technology team. This position is highly visible and interacts with partners within a specific Business Unit. The Business Systems Analyst is responsible for effective communication between partners and management as well as other support members and the Information Technology team.
