Maintenance Technician IV Job Summary: The Maintenance Technician IV is a practical technical specialist who handles complex troubleshooting, repairs, and ensures the reliability of advanced automated material handling systems. This position is essential to each shift, contributing to automation uptime, and working collaboratively with Maintenance Leadership, Reliability teams, and PLC Engineering to help avoid recurring breakdowns. This role provides coaching & guidance to other Maintenance Technicians II & III. Responsibilities: · Diagnose and repair complex issues across automated systems including: o Conveyance (MDR, belt, sortation) o ASRS / shuttle systems o Pick modules, print & apply, scanners · Lead response to system-down or chronic fault conditions · Perform advanced mechanical, electrical, and controls-related troubleshooting · Restore equipment safely and efficiently to minimize downtime and service impact · Execute and improve preventive and predictive maintenance (PM/PdM) activities · Identify failure trends and recommend corrective actions to Maintenance Leadership · Support root cause analysis (RCA) for repeat or high-impact failures · Ensure PM work is completed t...
