What you'll do during a typical day: - Develop and deliver executive‑ready analyses and presentations on pay programs, executive compensation, and pay governance matters for management and the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors. - Lead benchmarking of executive compensation programs and pay practices to ensure competitiveness and market alignment. - Create internal communications, guides, and process documentation to help partners understand compensation programs and annual cycles.
