Position Summary: The role interacts directly with patients to influence generic utilization, therapy changes, answer questions, solve problems, provide education, and maintains our company’s reputation for high-quality service. It requires independent and self-directed performance while working across a greater team. The primary role of this position focuses on communicating the benefits of generics or other appropriate therapy to patients with a goal of providing overall savings to patients and clients. This role will work closely with Specialty Projects Team to conduct generic conversions or therapy changes on targeted medications while working closely with the patient.
