Hours of Work: 40 Days Of Week: M-F Work Shift: Job Description: Job Purpose - Responsible for safely transporting patients to and from radiology imaging areas. Responsible for darkroom maintenance to include film processing and copying. Assists with film and report filing as necessary. Assists all departments with patient exam preparation and positioning as indicated. Works with all members of hospital STAFF and patients to provide effective communication to ensure the quality of patient care. - Supports the mission, vision, values and strategic goals of Methodist Health System. Education: High School education or equivalent Licenses and/or Certifications: - Current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider BLS certification - Current NCT permit through the Texas Medical Board. Work Experience: - 1-3 years of healthcare related experience in your field. - Customer service experience preferred Related Work Experience and Other Skills: - Must be able to work with other staff members to foster a team approach to the highest quality of patient care and staff cooperation.
