Description This role will be onsite at our Easton office in Columbus, OH Summary: The application manager is responsible for managing the operational support, maintenance and development activities for Enterprise Document Solution applications. The position combines managerial responsibilities with in-depth hands-on technical expertise. Duties and Responsibilities: - Defines and oversees training plans for technical staff development. - Provides oversight of design, development, unit testing and installation activities for enhancement, upgrade and maintenance updates for applications supported by the Enterprise Document Solutions team. This includes composition and report archive systems. - Identifies, manages and enforces functional policies, procedures and quality assurance best practices for the team. - Completes Responsible Technology Manager (RTM) activities, including but not limited to user access reviews, business continuity and technology recovery plans, NUID management, license management, and third-party risk assessments. - Maintains currency of CMDB documentation and SLA reporting for all EDS supported applications. - Manages incident, problem, and change management ac...
