Assistant Recreation Supervisor III Starting Hourly Rate: $23.60: Work schedule/Duration of Assignment: This position will work up to 40 hours a week, for the full duration of the 10-month assignment. This position will act as the Recreation Supervisor in their absence with responsibilities for all staff, operation of the facility, safety and risk management. In addition, this position will take the lead in assisting the Recreation Supervisor in the administration, management, and operation of recreation facilities. Under the supervision of the Recreation Supervisor, takes the lead in planning, organizing and coordinating projects and facility operations to provide staff resources and equipment support needed on a day to day basis. This position is responsible for taking the lead in the one or more of the following areas: staff supervision/training, facility maintenance and upkeep, customer service including cash handling, program management and marketing, operational evaluation and improvements, and departmental support and leadership.
