Growth & Development Analyst Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne | Permanent, Full‑time We have an exciting opportunity for a Growth & Development Analyst to join the Heartland Bank Australia team. This role sits within our Strategy & Development function and plays a key role in shaping the bank’s strategic direction through high‑quality research, analysis and insight. Is this your next role?: You will be the primary analytical engine for the Strategy & Development function, supporting the Head of Strategy & Development with evidence‑based insights that inform strategic decision‑making, customer understanding and growth initiatives. Working across strategy, customer insights and product support, you will deliver research, analysis and reporting that underpins executive and Board discussions. This role operates with a broad remit and adapts priorities in line with the evolving needs of the business.
