Your Opportunity as the Distribution Supervisor The Distribution Supervisor will also be responsible for managing all departmental activities and defined safety programs and KPI standards, coaching their team on work-related activities while continuing to help them grow professionally, and collaborating cross-functionally with the operations team. You will be able to lead and contribute in meaningful ways, where we will strive to execute our organization’s culture in action. The supervisor will engage and motivate the team to maintain safety, quality, and compliance for storage and distribution of our brands in accordance with the company's policies and standards. Location: 30800 W. 207th Street, Edgerton, KS 66021 (Hostess Distribution Center) Work Arrangements: 100% on-site, Tuesday-Friday 5am-3:30pm.
